Tool to apply the one thing method to your life. Inspired by the book from XXX, you start by thinking about your long term goal, and then for each frame of reference, what is the one thing i can do / achieve, so that everything will be easier.
Set a 10 year goal, and the what is the one thing i can achieve in the next 5 years, such that by achieving it, everything will be easier. Repeat the process for 3 years, then 1 year, 3 month, 1 month, this week and all the way to today.
Focus on setting one goal daily, that will lead you to your week goal, and so on and so forth until your year goals. By doing this you benefit from the compound interest and can achieve extraordinary results.
